InterHealth utilizes an ownership approach when assigning staff to work with each of our clients. We feel as though we are an extension of your medical practice and that our team members that are assigned to your project should be intimately involved with the day-to-day operations and your staff. By “owning” that project, they are more familiar with the insurance plans, the physician tendencies, the staff at the practice and their processes. We feel as though TRUST is one of the biggest hurdles to overcome in the beginning of an outsourced billing relationship. So, to eliminate those nerves, we offer many custom options to get the practices set up. No two practices are alike! With that being said, our CUSTOM approach works well. During the beginning of the relationship, we may have several onboarding calls and then weekly and monthly “state of the union” calls to ensure that the transition to InterHealth is going smoothly.
